Improvements

5232 IP Address is now included in the Enrollment Manager Excel Export.

\(＾▽＾)/ Adjustments for the Customer Type interface

Fixes

5220 Corrected an issue that would cause the LDC to disappear when editing an account.
5222 Adjustment to prevent multiple attempts to submit a payment to the billing system caused by extra characters at the end of the LDC.
5217 Fixed an error that would prevent the user from saving new variable rates.
5230 Corrected an issue in OpsAdmin API where the plans would not be correctly retrieved by Third Parties.
5233 Adjusted the Reprint Resend interface so Customer Support users don’t get an error message when accessing the screen.
5229 Adjusted the Inherited Documents grid for Utility documents to avoid misleading the user.
5254 Corrected an issue in the Renewal Process where all fields would be required when they shouldn’t.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Adjustment to remove extra characters at the end/beginning of promo codes to prevent duplicates when saving a new affiliate.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Several corrections under On Hold Enrollment Manager: Excel export was not working, one column was not correctly displayed, wrong values under “Missing Autopay Data” column.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Adjusted buttons display in the Renewal process.

Features & Fixes Details

Improvements for User Roles UI and general roles functionality​

This is the third phase of the general update of the User’s roles:

  • Added List_ColorSiteConfiguration role to access the Theme Manager screen.
  • Added List_UOMTypes role to access Unit Of Measure screen.
  • Removed Sub Menu Document Manager, Sub Menu Autoresponders, Sub Menu Dynamic Templates, Sub Menu Autoresponder Package roles since they are no longer used or redundant with other narrower roles.

Adjustments for the Customer Types interface​

Several adjustments for the Customer Type interface and also some performance improvements that may not be visible to the user:

  • It is no longer possible to add or delete Customer Types to prevent critical issues.
  • The description field has been removed since it was not used.
  • The code field is no longer editable.
  • Fix for the image rendering in the edit screen.
  • Removed some code that was not used in the backend.
